Christopher J Roche attended U-Mass Boston and studied political science. Prior to real estate, Chris managed political campaigns in the Boston area and also worked in Boston city government. He began his real estate career in 2001 as a licensed residential broker. He played a key role in assisting investors and developers through the permitting process and is adept at adding and creating value with distressed properties. In 2007, Chris began structuring private real estate commercial loans. His intimate knowledge of the Boston real estate market, keen underwriting skills, and longtime relationships with developers and investors have led to the successful funding of 600 million dollars in debt and equity financing for residential and commercial real estate. Chris is a strategic and creative problem solver with an intuitive ability to convert challenging transactions into successful private mortgage solutions. Christopher lives in Boston with his wife and five children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and traveling. He is proud to be a lifelong Bostonian but even prouder to be a husband and father.

Matthew attended Assumption University in Worcester, MA, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and played four years of varsity football at the D2 level in the NCAA. He then received an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and graduated with honors. He also holds a real estate salesperson license in Massachusetts and Florida. His Massachusetts license is affiliated with Century 21 Northeast.

Matthew joined Crowd Lending with 9 years of sales experience ranging from business development to business-to-business sales and most recently working in the residential and commercial real estate markets. As a Leasing Representative for a large commercial real estate landlord, he oversaw the entire leasing process on close to a million square feet of space. He specialized in marketing efforts, comparative analysis, on-site showings of the property, and negotiating and closing commercial office space leases. He has also represented multiple buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions in Massachusetts.

At Crowd Lending, Matthew relies on his residential and commercial real estate knowledge to advise clients on current market trends and deliver excellent service to help fund their real estate investment projects.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time on the golf course, going to the beach, attending sporting events, and staying fit.

In 2021, Marco returned to his roots drawn by the magnetic pull of Massachusetts' thriving real estate market. Sam's journey into finance began at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual emphases in Finance and Real Estate. During his tenure at Barnside Capital, LLC, as a Summer Intern, Sam honed his expertise in tax credit analysis and investor relations. Leveraging strong communication skills, he engaged with clients to gather crucial data for potential 1031 Tax Exchanges, demonstrating his resourcefulness and proactive approach. In his spare time, you'll find Sam enjoying the great outdoors, whether on the golf course, at the beach, or cheering on his favorite sports teams. His enthusiasm for life is reflected in his work ethic and dedication to helping clients achieve their real estate investment goals with confidence and success.

Born and raised in the town of Hingham, Massachusetts, Patrick has always been driven by a strong work ethic and a passion for learning. In May of 2023, Patrick graduated from Sacred Heart University with a degree in Business Management, supplemented by minors in Economics and Supply Chain Management. Patrick’s journey into the professional world began early, as he immersed himself in various roles, primarily within a trucking and distribution company, from 2016 to 2022. Patrick spent many summers unloading containers in the warehouse, gradually transitioning into the office environment. There, he thrived in the dynamic atmosphere of dispatch operations, while also lending my skills to logistics and sales initiatives.

It was during this time that Patrick honed his knack for sales, cultivating valuable relationships and mastering the art of negotiation. Yet, his true passion lies in real estate. At Crowd Lending, Patrick hopes to provide guidance to his clients that leads to success in the real estate market.
