Chris is a successful real estate investor and developer. Chris attended college in London at Richmond University the American International College and has been an active real estate investor and developer for over twenty years. His experience gives him the foresight to see the big picture of the real estate world and to guide Crowd Lending, Inc. through the real estate market. His focus is on recruiting investors and securing creditable borrowers. Chris lives in the Seaport District of Boston Massachusetts with his life partner Joy Greene. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, going to Newport Rhode Island and spending time with friends and family.
Dan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Crowd Lending, Inc. Dan graduated from Boston College in 1998 and Suffolk University Law School in 2001. Since that time he has been involved in over 800 real estate transactions as an attorney, developer and new lender. He is responsible for handling the day to day operations of the company which includes underwriting all lending opportunities, managing investor relations, and developing and implementing office policy and procedures. Daniel Najarian resides in Duxbury with his wife, Marlene and three kids, Rose, Annabelle and Hank. He loves playing golf, coaching hockey and enjoying his boat on Duxbury Bay.
Christopher J Roche attended U-Mass Boston and studied political science. Prior to real estate, Chris managed political campaigns in the Boston area and also worked in Boston city government. He began his real estate career in 2001 as a licensed residential broker. He played a key role in assisting developers through the permitting process and is adept at adding and creating value with distressed properties. In 2007 Chris began structuring private real estate commercial loans. His intimate knowledge of the Boston real estate market, keen underwriting skills, and longtime relationships with developers and investors has led to the successful funding of 100 million dollars in debt and equity financing for residential and commercial real estate. Chris is a strategic and creative problem solver with an intuitive ability to convert challenging transactions into successful private mortgage solutions. Christopher lives in Dorchester section of Boston with his wife and four children. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf and traveling. He is proud to be a lifelong Bostonian but even prouder to be a husband and father.
Nick attended Bryant University, where he graduated with a BSBA in Accounting and a minor in Statistics in 2014. At Bryant University he was a D1 Track and Field athlete, a member of various clubs and programs, and had several internships with a Big Four accounting firm. After Bryant, Nick started full time in the Assurance practice at a Big Four accounting firm, where he served various clients in the real estate, retail, technology and financial services industries. Through these various positions and experiences, Nick has learned how to lead and be a contributing member of a team, as well as the importance and value of relationships. At Crowd Lending, Inc., Nick is responsible for preparing account reconciliations, quarterly financial statements, updating investor accounts, and accounts receivable/accounts payable processes. Nick has also developed a standard set of controls that all individuals in financial reporting adhere to. In his free time, Nick enjoys working on his car, street photography, and playing around with his dog, Biscuit.
Victoria attended Saint Anselm College where she graduated in 2017. She majored in Communications and minored in Politics and was the captain of the women’s ice hockey team her junior and senior year. Victoria started with Crowd Lending, Inc. in September of 2017 and was quickly promoted to Operations Manager. In her current role she handles the day to day operating which includes, loan document review, settlement statement review and document preparation. Victoria is also in constant contact with borrowers, investors and third party service providers and handles all aspects of every transaction. With her constant involvement Victoria ensures that every investor and borrower has an easy and enjoyable experience. Victoria over sees every loan from start to finish, ensuring that all information is accurate and recorded properly. If Victoria is not playing with her dog Mason, she is coaching the East Coast Wizards U16 Tier 1 ice hockey team and spending time with friends and family.
Hussien and his family immigrated to the United States in 1995 from Sierra Leone. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the New England Institute of Technology, and that knowledge of construction and design led him to begin flipping houses in 2013. At the same time, Hussien was the construction and risk manager for a private money lender, where he managed the construction draws on hundreds of loans and tens of millions of dollars worth of real estate. Shortly after, he began originating hard money loans across Greater Boston. Since 2013, Hussien has successfully originated or brokered over $100,000,000 in private real estate loans across New England. His strong track record of identifying credible borrowers and profitable deals has resulted in a less than 1% default rate throughout his career. Hussien’s best asset is his ability to understand both the borrowing and lending side, which allows him to create long term relationships with his clients and network. In his free time Hussien likes to stay active, travel, and spend time with good friends and family. Hussien truly has the entrepreneurial spirit, and always strives to improve in all aspects of his personal and professional life.
Dan Burke studied at Suffolk University in Boston, MA and then honed his business acumen, interpersonal/sales skills as a professional in the hospitality industry. Dan converted this skill-set to real estate investment lending, where he has immersed himself in nearly all aspects of private-money/asset-based lending for over ten years. Dan’s knowledge of the New England Market and, in particular, the greater Boston market has allowed him to become a beacon for not only new real estate professionals, but also seasoned investors. His demonstrated success in executing the networking-to-close is a hallmark for his clients’ success. Dan is a highly capable resource for any real estate investor/professional in need of a creative solution for their real estate investment deals. In closing, “Dan closes swiftly when your hard money deal has merit”. He loves going on this annual family male-bonding camping trip, which has been a tradition for 25 years.
Mike attended The Catholic University of America where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. He then received his Professionalism Certification in Education from Cabrini College. From 2009 to 2018 Mike was a Special Education Instructional Assistant in the Lower Merion School District. Mike assisted students with a variety of disabilities including, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Disorders, and Learning Disabilities. From this experience Mike has learned compassion and perseverance. Most recently Mike has transitioned to real estate. He has taken the passion for helping others and used it to educate himself in the world of private money and asset based lending. Through his connections Mike has been able to develop relationships that have led to many opportunities in real estate.
