Chris is a successful real estate investor and developer. Chris attended college in London at Richmond University the American International College and has been an active real estate investor and developer for over twenty years. His experience gives him the foresight to see the big picture of the real estate world and to guide Crowd Lending Inc. through the real estate market. His focus is on recruiting investors and securing creditable borrowers.
Dan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Crowd Lending Inc. He is responsible for handling the day to day operations of the company including the vetting of both investors and lending opportunities. Dan graduated from Boston College in 1998 and Suffolk University Law School in 2001. In 2009 he opened Najarian & Associates, LLC and since that time he has been involved in over 800 real estate transactions. Dan is also a licensed real estate broker and the owner of residential real estate re-development company.
Christopher J Roche attended U-Mass Boston and studied political science. Prior to real estate, Chris managed political campaigns in the Boston area and also worked in Boston city government. He began his real estate career in 2001 as a licensed residential broker. He played a key role in assisting developers through the permitting process and is adept at adding and creating value with distressed properties. In 2007 Chris began structuring private real estate commercial loans. His intimate knowledge of the Boston real estate market, keen underwriting skills, and longtime relationships with developers and investors has led to the successful funding of 50 million dollars in debt and equity financing for residential and commercial real estate. Chris is a strategic and creative problem solver with an intuitive ability to convert challenging transactions into successful private mortgage solutions.
Mike attended The Catholic University of America where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. He then received his Professionalism Certification in Education from Cabrini College. From 2009 to 2018 Mike was a Special Education Instructional Assistant in the Lower Merion School District. Mike assisted students with a variety of disabilities including, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Disorders, and Learning Disabilities. From this experience Mike has learned compassion and perseverance. Most recently Mike has transitioned to real estate. He has taken the passion for helping others and used it to educate himself in the world of private money and asset based lending. Through his connections Mike has been able to develop relationships that have led to many opportunities in real estate.
